Customer Authorization & Liability Notice

By authorizing repairs, diagnostics, or services at Sharonline Auto Recovery, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Authorization of Work
The customer authorizes Sharonline Auto Recovery to perform diagnostic inspections and repairs on the vehicle listed in the repair order. Additional repairs not previously authorized will require customer approval.

Estimates
Any estimate provided is an approximation based on visible conditions. Additional repairs may be required once work begins.

Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle. Sharonline Auto Recovery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left inside the vehicle.

Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion of repairs and before the vehicle is released. Accepted payment methods: Cash/Cash App/ Checks/ Credit Cards/ Apple Pay/ Pay Pay/ Bitcoin.

Storage Fees
Vehicles left on the premises more than 7 days after repair completion may be subject to a storage fee of $15 per day unless prior arrangements are made.

Mechanic’s Lien
In accordance with applicable state law, Sharonline Auto Recovery reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until payment is made in full. Failure to pay may result in a mechanic’s lien and possible sale of the vehicle to recover unpaid charges.

Abandoned Vehicles
Vehicles not claimed within 30 days after notification may be considered abandoned and handled according to applicable state law.

Test Drives
Vehicles may be test driven by employees for diagnostic or verification purposes.

Warranty
Warranty terms for parts and labor, if any, will be listed separately on the repair invoice.

Limitation of Liability
Sharonline Auto Recovery is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures unrelated to the repair performed, or delays caused by parts availability or circumstances beyond our control.
